Lyback’s Ice Fishing on Mille Lacs Lake

Lyback’s Resort is a Mille Lacs Lake resort located on the southern end of Mille Lacs in Isle, Minnesota. They offer plowed ice roads, lake access, and ice hours rentals during the winter months.

Lyback’s Resort is different from most of the ice fishing businesses around the lake. Lybacks wants to preserve ice fishing like they feel it should be. Lybacks does not have a bar and restaurant onshore, but there are restaurants and bait shops close by. Lyback’s Resort is 1 1/2 miles from Isle and Wahkon which have numerous facilities. Lyback’s want people to come out and fish and enjoy their time on the ice. Lybacks Resort tries to keep things as quiet as possible for their customers. Their houses are set up so you come up for the day, or overnight or even the weekend, and be totally comfortable.
